Chef Crews Brandhorst
A Dream That has
Been Cooking for Years
The show idea is one the creative team had been knocking around for a few years back in San Antonio before the company split, but it wasn't until Pedraza, in his “day job,” befriended Executive Chef Crews Brandhorst that the idea began to take shape. “After a few months of knowing him,” Pedraza said “I broached the idea with him and he immediately caught on to the vision. A couple of months later and we're booking guests.” The show will be hosted by newcomer Emily Rose Hernandez, who will also produce her own segment on businesses along the historic Route 66.
